USGBC and LEED-Certification
The U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC) is a non-profit organization made up of leaders from every sector of the building maintenance industry. They work to promote environmentally responsible buildings. With sustainability as their core purpose, their mission is to transform the way buildings and communities are designed, built, and operated.
The USGBC created the Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design (LEED) Green Building Rating System™, the nationally accredited benchmark for rating the operation of green buildings. As a LEED expert, ABM can develop specific maintenance procedures for your facility, as well as track and document LEED credits for the areas we provide service, to help you qualify for and maintain certification.
